The group held their first event on Monday 18th April 2011. They helped to host and deliver IT help to people wishing to set up an e-mail account. The group had done all the planning and marketing of the session themselves and worked well as a team to deliver a very successful session.

The group will meet again in May to evaluate the event and make plans for future events that they would like to deliver.
